Gerald Cobbold grew up on Vancouver Island, British Columbia surrounded by nature. He
graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Masters degree in Outdoor Recreation.

A love of adventure and a wide variety of interests has fueled his desire to create interesting photographs and has led to his expressive style.

Since the age of five when his uncle gave him his first camera, Gerald has pursued the
photographic image as a way of expressing himself artistically.

This collection of Gerald's photos have been taken over many years and covers a variety of subjects. Many are film based images that have been digitized using a dedicated slide film scanner. All have been sharpened and enhanced using Photoshop and a variety of software available to todays photographers. Gerald has never been afraid to experiment. After all, we are only limited by our imagination!
